London Riots - Infographics

We were put into groups of 5 to try and create a piece of infographics about the London Riots by only using string.
Our lecturer gave us a data base to look at, and so we had a look at that to try and come up with an idea.
What we came up with, was that we would take the 7 days that the riots took place over 'August 4th - August 10th' and show what crime happened in what borough. The boroughs that we chose to focus on were Tottenham, Lewisham, Peckham, Croydon, Hackney, Camden and Enfield. The crimes we focused on were Deaths, Looting, Vandalism and Arson.

We then showed our piece to the class. I personally believe that our point went across well, and that it was quite easy to understand. We didn't get much criticism, however we were told that the first version (the one shown right above) was the simplest to understand because there was too much going on with the round one.
